I don't think so. I have the same environment and it works
fine. My last lines echoed are:
JSWDK WebServer Version 1.0.1
Loaded configuration from: file:D:\Programs\jswdk-1.0.1\webserver.xml
endpoint created: localhost/127.0.0.1:8080
Did you change any of the settingsin the webserver.xml file?
Maybe hostName? If you are using DHCP and WINS for name resolution
I have seen some strange an unexplainable behavoir when trying to
do a reverse DNS.
