I am sorry that I didnot realize that you are using jswdk-1.0.1 ( I used it
before and now I switch to java web server). I remembered that servlet
reloading is not supported by JSWDK as stated in the readme.html (I used to
just stop the server and restart it again and this is one of the reason why
I use java web server now). So, I recommend you use the java web server
instead if you really need the reloading. You can download an evaluation
version of it.

it should, but it does not. Yes it is residing the servlets directory
(complete path : c:/jswdk-1.0.1/webpages/web-inf/servlets) . and this
not the case only with my servlets but is the same with my other
colleagues who are working on this and we all are trying to figure out
what can be done for this, to avoid restarting of server for any small
change we make in our servlets.
Any help in this regard, is highly appreciated.

As I understand, if your servlets reside in the \server root\servlets\
directory, they will be reloaded automatically.
hope this helps

Subject: restarting of server
Hi all,
I wanted to know that do we need to restart the server whenever
we make any change in code of servlet, for making the use of updated
servlet. If yes how can we avoid it or is that possible.
I am using Jswdk-1.0.1 as my web server.
thanx in advance.
Ashwin
