Are you loading jpeg or other images ? IceWaves.com had to
create java applets due to the following reasons; java simply
had too many bugs in image handling, screen flickering was impossible
to master. So we developed html based script language, which offers
for example the following advantages:
+ you can adjust image displaying editinh scripit, no modification to java
applet
+ you can get 2D images to move in 3D world without having to install any
plugins
+ you can integrate MP3 music with your pics
+ user can see the big picture or select another earlier
+ java applet is capable to display images randomly
Note that both Netscape and Microsoft browser have bugs !
