Hi,
We did just update the website download page for the specification that was
released on 17th December 99. It looks like the web engineering folks put a
'new' sign on the page by mistake - I'll see about fixing that confusion.
Just to clarify - the spec there is the exact same 2.2 spec that was released
last year. Its just that the web pages got a rather confusing facelift.
