Hi Gurus

  i've found the answer for this query
 however  i'm posting it so that it becomes visible to other list
members
well all that is need  is

go to admin service select CgiServlet, click on add properties tab
add following properties
perlexe=path for perl exe say(c:\perl\bin\perl.exe)
bindir=cgi-bin
dns=true
cgiexe=path for cgilaunch.ex say(d:\javawebserver2.0\bin\cgilaunch.exe)
