Configuration of appache jserv in linux

Can anybody tell the procedure to configure Apache jserv in linux.

these are the following i have:
MANDRAK LINUX 6.0 RUNNING
APACHE 1.3.6 RUNNING ON MANDRAKELINUX 6.0
APACHE JSERV FOR LINUX
