I am investigating what is required to package a jsp application to be delivered via CD rom as a standalone package. I know I'd need to deliver the java runtime, a web server and odbc driver. I believe tomcat has all this, but I'm wondering if anyone on this list has done this before, and what the issues are? I am assuming that the end-user will not have a web server or anything other than a browser. Everything needed to run and access the jsp application will need to be installed via CD. Thanks for any suggestions. -- Ron Parker Software Creations http://www.scbbs.com TradeWinds Publishing http://www.intl-trade.com TradePoint Los Angeles http://www.tradepointla.org SiteDirector Security Server http://livepublish.scbbs.com Civil War Online Library http://civilwar.scbbs.com ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff SERVLET-INTEREST".
