I'm trying to establish a applet-servlet-communication per URL.

if I try the created Url in a Browser (IE) it works,
but the IOException returns with a Url different I've created
from where comes '//'? What's wrong?

Profiler.web.servlets.RecommendationSource is situated in the
servlets-dir of JWS2.0
