The details that you have provided clearly indicates that:
1) There is no problem with Oracle drivers
2) The code for the servlet also seems to be correct (since it is working
with JDeveloper)
3) The problem is with the classpath. JDeveloper is picking the classpath
from the place where you have updated all "imaginable packages" :-) on your
machine. However, JSWDK might be picking up the classpath from a different
place. Just check!
Also let me know if the exact error message (if there is any in the output!)
You surely will meet the deadline....so relax!
