Subject: Servlets for generating SMIL

I have two questions.

1.Does anybody have information on generating SMIL using Servlets.

2.Does anybody have sample code for a login servlet using session object
in a APPLET-SERVLET communication environment. I have worked with
HTML-SERVLET using hiodden fields.

Thanks in advance

Pavan
