Hi Partner,
It is indeed an interesting problem, we are using Domino 4.6.x it also caches
the servlets but it refershes the cache when JVM is stopped and then started.
However if you are generating HTML from servlet then do check the cache of the
browser. If still the problem exists then check the servlet.conf for the servlet
configuration and make the servlets temporary.

Subject: Domino R5 caching

We are currently deploying servlets on a domino R5 server. The
problem is that the server caches the servlets and refuses to refresh this
cache even after rebooting. We can even remove the jar file and it will
continue to run the previous version. Has anyone got any experience using
Domino and servlets, any help would be appreciated.
