HI, thanks for response, the another page I can't control because It is from Interworld .tem file, it is not from my java code, but can I write another thread in the servlet to do the db work and I still do not need any page back ? Thanks in advance. You spawn the thread, and send the page you want to send. IMHO, you shouldn't let your servlet do a lot of db work. You spawn the thread and send the page you want. You won't even get the blank page. sven -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- Sven E. van 't Veer Afiliado Universo Online Gerente Desenvolvimento Brasil Informtica e Telecomunicaes Ltda. http://www.brvip.com.br http://www.uol.com.br ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------- ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff SERVLET-INTEREST".
