Hey!
This is not a servlet question and is off-topic for SERVLET-INTEREST.
I can't say for sure because I don't use Microsoft SQL Server,
but most industrial strength DB servers can configure the number
of concurent connections allowed.
You need to check your DB configuration documentation on
the topic of "number of connections".
If MSSQL can't do that, then consider using another DB server.
Also look at you code and see if you are closing you DB connections
appropriately.
