I am using the <jsp:include "<%=FileName%>" flush="true" /> idea to
include one of a selection of files into a central JSP page, but it
seems to fall over with the error

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: jsp/Pib3/pane/hello_world/hello_world
(wrong name: jsp/pib3/pane/hello_world/hello_world)

because the 'p' in 'pib3' and 'Pib3' are in different cases. Renaming
the folder is no help because I have no idea how it decides whether to
look for 'Pib3' or 'pib3' at the time of the page being requested, at
different occasions it has done either.

Has anyone come across this and found a workaround??
