dbAnywhere is the product of Symantec corporation. Quite possible it may be free
available for testing on there site.
Just for the sake of essiness, SQL Server provides the same Visual interface as
of Access. Alongwith (don't mind) using Access as database seems somewhat
childish (again don't mind).

You can use any of the database server quite easily (if you r in Indian
Subcontinent).
