adding modifying and inserting rows in a databse

hi there, i hope you will help me about my problem. i have a database made in acces 97 like the one below. member-id     Nickname    Age    Sex    Location 3                    A                .......   whatever and in my classes i have be able to read any data whichever i'd like to and then modify each and more i have insert a row which is my members all properties . plaese help me kerem
