Go to jsm-default/logs/stdout.log

There is a flag in jsm-default/properties/jsm.properties file that
should be set to true

Use net start/stop "JRun Service Manager"

(Use net start on its own to get a full list of service names on your
computer, "JRun Service Manager" will be one of them)
