Hi guys,
I am running Weblogic 4.5.1 on Win 2K.
I am trying to load and applet which is using jdk1.2.2
When I try to run it in IE using just simple <applet tag, it throw following exception
but gets load in IE .
com.ms.security.SecurityExceptionEx[Host]: java.io.IOException: bad path:
C:\WINNT\Java\lib\swing.properties
at com/ms/security/permissions/FileIOPermission.check
at com/ms/security/PolicyEngine.deepCheck
at com/ms/security/PolicyEngine.checkPermission
at com/ms/security/StandardSecurityManager.chk
at com/ms/security/StandardSecurityManager.checkRead
But it crashes in Netscape 4.7 saying:
Swing: checked access to system event queue.
Some error occured while getting data: netscape.security.AppletSecurityException:
security.class from local disk trying to access url:
http://icondeveloper13:84/BigServlet?ACTION=PublisherLicenseServlet

Can anyone help me with this ?
What is the reasona and what is the solution ?
