You can't influence this kind of browser behaviour by any server side
technique like JSP.

You can do some things with java script and I think there will be
other people answering this questions (didn't we have this discussion
some time ago ?).

But you should be aware that users migth disable javascript or use
browsers without javascript. If the reason for your question is that
you don't want the user to visit pages with expired data or something
like that then I think you have no way to do ensure this.

Your server side application has to able to handle such cases properly.
