Hi everyone,
I have just downloaded JSWDK 1.0.1 for Linux, and I have installed
Blackdown's port for JDK 1.1.8 for Linux and that works fine. However,
while testing out the servlets and JSP examples on the JSWDK, I noticed
I have some trouble running the JSPs correctly, i.e in the
number-guessing example, the "number of tries" never changes even though
I have guessed many times. The code extracts the number from a Java bean
numGuessBean and my guess is that the bean is not executing correctly.
Has anyone else noticed this anomaly in the Linux version (it works fine
in the Win NT version) and has there been something I missed during the
set-up process, i.e setting the correct classpath variables, etc?
Forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question, I'm a complete newbie
as yet to servlet programming and would like to learn more!

regards, TIA
Jin
