Hi Luc Gross,
              your servlets.properties file should not
be in the servlet directory. Instead it should be in
config directory of your webserver.
i.e
...../your_websever_directory/config/servlets.properties

    I am telling this for IPlanet Webserver. I think
it should be almost the same to what web server you
are using.
