I can't speak for Enterprise Server, but I know that Apache sends "Pragma: no-cache"
by default with
any dynamic document, but most likely it is because the Browser won't cache the page.
Try writing an
"Expires" header back to the browser when writing the original document, i.e.,
"Expires: (date)". If
this doesn't work, you might try the Expires Meta-tag. The only other possibility
would be to have
your application check for an "If Modified Since" Request and then send a "Status 304
Not Modified"
response.
