Problem 1: the protocol is quite precise in saying that no order for
parameters is specified.
Problem 2: for some parameters their presence or absence equals true
and false (which is just a syntactic pain in the rump)
Problem 3: parameters don't have type and getting them to have type
is much harder than you would think
I think WebDAV solves some of these problems, you can find out about
it at the W3C site.
