I have a weird problem.
I have a servlet to format the price as $XXXXXX.00 (where X is a digit 1-9).
As an example $60 is formatted to $60.00. I use text.DecimalFormat(xxxxxx)
to format this price. This is working fine on the old development server and
the production server for us.
Recently we moved to a new development server and there $60.00 is being
displayed as $060.00. My guess is either the Servlet Engine(JRun) or the web
server(NES) is inserting a leading 0 to the price if it is less than 100.
Does anybody know how to resolve it? If yes pleas share the information. I
would also appreciate any useful hints that can help me resolve this.
Thanks
Vivek
