If your servlet needs the cgi to compute a value for the servlet,
execute the cgi same way a browser does: open a url connection using the
url for the cgi and pass the appropriate HTTP request. If you just want
the cgi response to be sent to the browser, send a redirect to the
browser that redirects to the cgi.
