I am new to Java. I have been through some Java training both professional
and college. In fact, this summer I am working
on my first real world Java project.
My question is as follows:
How many of real Java developers use Java for the GUI portion of their
work or project? Please support your answer.
The reason for my question is that I am redesigning the one Java course we
have in the Purdue CPT department and will be adding a second Java course
with database, servlets, Java Server Pages, etc. Any recommendations from
you real world developers would be appreciated.
