hi,

I tried twice to post from the web page, and both times, i got errors.
Hopefully this will go thru.

I, like others who have posted here have create servlets to dynamically
create html pages. We are using JSW 2.0 and so the servlets run in the
virtual directory /servlet/. im having the same problem with images and

relative addressing as others have who have posted here in the past.

One unsatifying solution proposed was using absolute addresses.
This works fine, but creates long term maintenance problems.
Another solution proposed was to set up virtual directories.
How do you set them up. I've reviewed everything i can think of to
find out how to create virtual directories, but cant find it anywhere.
The closest ive come is virtual hosting. We don't have
JRun which i understand will allow relative addressing.

Could someone give me detailed instructions on creating Virtual
Directories
on a javawebserver 2.0?

Thanks

Alan
