Talking about Java-beans , they can be either visual on non-visual. However
talking about business logics, the best thing for you are ejbs, ejbs or
Enterprise Java Beans are essentially non-visual beans that encapsulate
specific business logic and are used exclusive for implementing
Business(transaction) related s/ws.
Refer to java.sun.com for ejb to see if they serve your purpose...
