Hey!

The answer to this question is way too involved.  I recommend
that you get a good JSP and Servlet book.  Or check the
http://archives.java.sun.com/archives/servlet-interest.html archive
of this list for much discussion on this topic.

The short reponse is:

1.If more HTML than java code, you are better off using JSP.
2.If it is more Java than html code, you are better off using a
servlet.
