Hello everybody,
I am trying set the properties for mails.
Actually i am implementing JavaMail with Servlets running on JWS2.0 on
Win-NT workstation. . .
To set the properties the command is
c:\>java -D
Can anybody tell me how do i set the mail.smtp.host setting.
I mean i want the total and detailed information about using java -D option.
Kindly help . . .
OR how do i set the mail server properties through program if anybody has a
sample code please send.
When I run my servlet i get
/*Could not connect to SMTP host: localhost, port: 25;*/ error. . . which
means that my server is by default taking the localhost as the mail server
which is not. Actally the mail server is remote. I want the system to know
that the mail server is remote and i want to give the IP of the remote mail
server.
please help me. . .
