Apache Tomcat V3.2B1+ is very stable, I used it on both NT and Linux. It should
also work with IIS but I have not tried it yet. ( I will soon). It is the Java
Servlet Reference Implementation and supports the very latest specs. I am just
finishing encrypted (with Java encryption support for https and PKI) Java SOAP
(tested against Apache/Tomcat on Linux and will need to test it against IIS
ASAP). Installing Tomcat with IIS needs NT registry changes and I just did not
want to take the risk (-:.
