Mohammad,
I had the same thing happen to me when I tried to start the server that
comes with jsdk1.2. I found that the error was related to the jdk I am
using. jsdk1.2 server wants jdk1.2. I am using jdk1.3.
The other problem might be localhost related. I believe the jsdk1.2 server
looks for localhost. Make sure you have an entry in your hosts file for
localhost.
