No browser support Java2 directly. So you will have to use Java Plugin.
For the parameters the user types in TextFields that you want to pass to the
Servlet you can use Applet-Servlet Communication to pass parameters.
(Hint : Use URLConnection Object for Applet-Servlet Communication).
