Your're quiet right. I was getting confused because you put
"Parameters" in your description but I see now that you were quoting
the API spec directly.
You're quite right, as well, that the spec is confusing on this
point. I suspect an empty enum is the right way to go but I will raise
it on the API standardisation list and try and get it clarified for
the next revision.
