As Nic says, you can find the javadoc for the new draft of the Servlet and JSP specs
in the specfication
documents - you'll see the link from http://java.sun.com/products/servlet/.
If you want to get hold of the .java source for the API at this draft stage, the
Tomcat team at
http://jakarta.apache.org have already made a start on an implementation of some of
the draft stage
features.
