We are a Linux shop using Apache, mod_perl and Oracle to run out web
sites and business. We are moving into java and java servlets. I have
downloaded, setup and tested mod_jserv, Jakarta Tomcat and Resin 1.1.3 and
all seem to work and have different strengths and weaknesses. The decision
is coming down to Tomcat and Resin. I have a few questions I would like to
present to this list:

What are other shops using out there?

The benchmarks show Resin to be noticeably faster than Tomcat and I'm
wondering if other people have seen this in 'real world' applications?

Are either or both robust enough to handle several million daily hits
without requiring million dollar servers?

Thanks in advance.

Jeff
