I would suggest you spend some money and purchase either "OptimizeIt"
(http://www.optimizeit.com), or "JProbe" (http://www.jprobe.com).
JProbe is more functional (and I believe more expensive) than
OptimizeIt, but if you just want to see where your code is spending
all of its time, then OptimizeIt will probably be good enough.
