Just to backup what Paulo said,

It seems that if you build your project with asp, then you have to use
IIS.
And if you use IIS, then I think you have to run it on a NT box.

And, rightly or wrongly,  NT does not have a good reputation for
reliability when compared to other operating systems.

So, if you decide that at some point you want to change your web server
to run on a more powerful machine, and that machine does not run NT,
then you have to rebuild your project by hand using jsp.
