Thanks for the reply, but:

First, nothing to do with servlet.jar;

Second, VJ++ has it's build-in Java compiler and runtime environment, so my
question is actually how to subsitute it's build-in compiler and whatever
files
that need to be replaced, I am sure that's doable, but just want to know how
to do it.

any clue, gurus ?

Only set the servlet.jar to the classpath of your project properties.
