There is no standard for the implementation of
the HttpServletResponse interface. A servlet
container may implement this interface any way
it wants, as long as it conforms to the spec and
the behavior of the reference implementation.
The purpose of the reference impementation is
to provide a standard for the comparison of container
behavior, not of implementation details.
