Subject: How an application can access a Servlet

Hi Everybody!!!!!

Anybody knows (my knowledge is so limited to do this) how can I make an
application (Swing) that is in another place than the server, and this app
can access a servlet to get information from the database in the server and
show in the Swing app...

Thanks for sharing your experiences!!!!
