I've noticed something similar, I've been forced to use an ASP script for
one of my web pages (it's server unfortunately doesn't support JSP, and
VBScript is like using a sledge-hammer to make a sculpture...it'll work but
it's not pretty) when I try to test results locally on my Win2k machine, I
let netscape try to load for well over an hour and it still didn't get past
the header, IE loads it fine, the server that actually runs the page is NT
4.0 and netscape loads the page quickly when accessing it online.
