1. Start a new project and select Remote.
2. Select Debug|Remote|Listen and accept the defaults in the dialog and click
OK.
3. Another dialog comes up. Copy the highlighted text to the clipboard.
4. Edit the Weblogic startup file (better to make a debug copy of the file).
Insert the clipboard contents after the java command.
5. Start Weblogic with this new debug file.
6. If things work correctly, you will need to go to Bugseeker and click
Continue (F5).
On my machine it takes 5-10 minutes for Weblogic to start. I've only used it
for a week or so, so maybe there is something I don't know.
