As you may have read from my response to Dave's email, I
don't think JB4 Foundation supports Servlet development out
of the box.
However, with regards to your question, you may refer to

I have to say that I ran into some problems when I followed
the steps mentioned in the above article. Please let me
know if you got it to work. :)
