You're better off asking database questions in
a database-specific forum.
In this case, you might try asking Oracle, or
checking one of the many web sites that have
information on using Oracle products.
Not only is asking somewhere else the polite
thing to do, you're also much more likely to
get a correct and complete answer by asking
in the right place.
