Hi saravanan (sorry, thats what I expect is you name?, pseudo?),
first: Is it you webserver, who tells you:
"You are not authorized to view this page"
If it is your webserver, you have to look whether your webserver is
allowed to serve this page (is in public_html or something like that
- the root which your webserver serves?
