RequestDispatcher?

I cannot find the RequestDispatcher in my jar file. I think I must be using the old Servlet api. I tried to find where I can download the new api from java.sun.com, but cannot find it. Please tell me where to download the newest Servlet api which includes the RequestDispatcher.
