I'm writing a date validation and formatting class used in my servlet.
When I input 12/12/00 program gives 12 , December ,2000
but when I input 12/12/00 the answer is 12, December ,0001
This problem is only with abbreviated date pattern.
can somebody tell me why ?
I'm using java.text.SimpleDateFormat instance.
