        Perhaps they may be sending email from a little
        wireless PDA.  Those keyboards aren't too good.

        And since we're griping, how about trimming the reply
        messages to *not* including a recursive "Reply with Text".
        Your signal-to-noise ratio was:  .075... in other words,
        less than one of every 10 words you said was worth sending.
