It wasn't clear if you're using cache-control headers or
meta elements. If you are, then which ones? Does it make
any difference? Have you tried with other browsers? Does
that make any difference, or is it IE specific?

If you aren't sure what I'm talking about, then:

Each email to the servlet-interest list is saved off in
a big searchable database, or archive. It is considered
polite to search the mailing list archive before you post
a question, because chances are your question has been
asked and answered already.

For example, you cache-control headers question was
asked recently, and there are some good answers in the
archives. If you search the archives using the term
"cache" (note the spelling) you are likely to get many
informative hits.

Checking the archives benefits everyone: you get a fast,
complete answer to your question (no waiting for others
to answer) and the rest of us avoid reading the same
questions over and over again.

Thanks for you help in keeping servlet-interest a
clean and efficient place to ask servlet questions.
